Enjoy backpacking? Biking? Canoeing? Caving? Camping? Want to be an active young Christian on an adventure with friends who love Jesus? Then join Pathfinders. Club members enjoy club meetings, camping, and service adventures designed to develop Christ-like citizens.

There is no doubt about it - Pathfinders is an exciting adventure.  Each evening our young people enjoy a variety of activities, classes, crafts, and projects.

We are having an "OPEN HOUSE" December 7, at 6:00 pm for families with children ages 10-16 to come and see what Pathfinders is about.  We invite you to join us and have a look.  Our hope is that you will see Pathfinders as a place you want your children to be each week.  Refreshments will be served.

The Pathfinder year begins in September and ends the first of June.  October will find the Pathfinders at the Northern California Camporee at Lake Mendocino where 1,000+ members and staff meet for service projects, campfires, field events and special evening programing.  In November there is a teen invitational for the annual caving event at the National Lava Beds.  April is the annual Bike-a-Thon fundraiser where Pathfinders obtain sponsor for riding their bikes on a track.  Many will rider 100+ miles in a day.  Watch out for those corner turns!  In May we have our yearly Pathfinder Fair where members and staff come from all over Northern California to join in the last event of the year.  Field events, skilled events, food, drill and marching, are all part of the days events.

We are planning on our International Camporee which is scheduled for August 2019 at the EAA Airfield  in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The theme for this camporee is Chosen - the story of David. There are upwards of 37,000 people from all over the globe that meet every five (5) years for this outstanding, once in a Pathfinder lifetime event.   This is definitely something you don't want to miss.  There are parades which showcase clubs from different areas of the world marching in full dress uniform showcasing their country; drill and marching competition, classes that teach different honors (merit badges) or craft skills, exhibits of history and historical enactments, and of course - food, just to name a few things.  To learn more go to:  www.camporee.org
